Employee ownership means the company is owned by the people who work here.
Instead of being owned by a single individual or outside investors, Woodsman is owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving eligible employees a stake in the company's future.
That doesn't change how we serve our customers.
It changes why we care so much about every project.
When the company succeeds, our employee-owners succeed too.
That creates a culture where quality, accountability, and long-term relationships matter.
