In 2023, Woodsman Kitchens & Floors became a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). That means every member of our team has a stake in the company’s success.

When founder Rick Woods passed the torch to our employees, it wasn’t just a business decision, it was a commitment to the people who built this company alongside him. Rick still works beside us, mentoring and supporting the next generation of employee-owners as we continue to grow.
