Here's what you can expect.
Step 1: Visit the Showroom
Every great remodel starts with a conversation.
Your first visit to our Jacksonville showroom is all about getting to know your project, your goals, and your style.
You'll have the opportunity to:

See hardware selections
Gather inspiration from completed displays

Step 2: In-Home Measurements
Once you're ready to move forward, your designer will schedule a visit to your home.
During this appointment, they'll take detailed measurements and evaluate your existing space.
This visit is also a great opportunity to see samples in your home's lighting.
Cabinet colors, countertop materials, and flooring can look different depending on the amount of natural light in a room. Seeing them in your own home gives you greater confidence in your selections.
Step 3: Design & Material Selection
With measurements complete, your designer begins bringing your vision to life.
Using everything discussed during your showroom visit and home consultation, they'll create a design tailored to your space and your lifestyle.
Together, you'll select details such as:
Cabinetry
Countertops
Hardware
Flooring
Storage solutions
Decorative features
This stage often includes reviewing options, asking questions, and making refinements until everything feels just right.
The goal isn't simply to create a beautiful kitchen or bathroom. It's to create one that works for the way you live.
Step 4: Review & Approval
Before any products are ordered, you'll meet with your designer to review the completed plan.
You'll walk through:
The layout
Material selections
Colors and finishes
Storage features
Project details
If changes are needed, this is the time to make them.
Once you're completely satisfied with the design, your selections are finalized and orders are placed.
Step 5: Preparing for Installation
After your cabinets, countertops, and other materials arrive, we'll coordinate the installation schedule.
Because many of our cabinets are made to order by trusted American manufacturers, this phase takes a little time, but it also means you're receiving products built specifically for your project rather than mass-produced inventory sitting in a warehouse.
Our team works to coordinate each phase so your remodel progresses as efficiently as possible.
Step 6: Installation
This is when your vision begins to take shape.
Your existing cabinetry is removed, and our installation partners begin carefully installing your new cabinets.
Once the cabinetry is in place, your countertops are measured one final time to ensure a precise fit.
Because we fabricate quartz and granite countertops in-house, we can coordinate fabrication and installation more efficiently while maintaining greater quality control throughout the process.
As the finishing touches come together, your new space begins to look exactly as you imagined.
Step 7: Quality Assurance
Before your project is complete, our Quality Assurance team reviews the installation.
This final inspection helps ensure everything has been installed correctly and is performing as expected.
If any final adjustments are needed, our service team takes care of them before the project is considered complete.
It's one more way we help deliver a finished space you'll enjoy for years to come.
