We are seeking an experienced Tile & Wood Service Technician to perform repairs and service work on tile, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and hardwood flooring. Responsibilities include troubleshooting flooring issues, repairing damaged materials, and completing tile waterproofing repairs using Kerdi systems and Schluter products. The ideal candidate works independently, delivers high-quality workmanship, maintains a clean work area, and communicates professionally with homeowners, builders, and management. Dependability, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities
Perform repairs and service calls for tile, LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), and hardwood flooring.
Repair loose, cracked, chipped, or damaged tiles.
Perform tile repairs due to construction changes, modifications, or rework.
Perform waterproofing repairs related to tile work.
Address LVP issues, including gaps, lifting, separation, and damaged planks.
Repair scratches, dents, buckling, and other hardwood flooring problems.
Complete jobs with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area.
Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and management.
Qualifications
Previous experience with tile, LVP, and hardwood flooring.
Experience with tile waterproofing repairs.
Experience with Kerdi waterproofing systems and Schluter products.
Strong flooring repair and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of flooring installation methods and materials.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working inside homeowners' homes and interacting directly with customers.
Professional, respectful, and courteous when working in customers' homes.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional attitude, dependability, and attention to detail.
