Do you love turning ideas into beautiful, functional spaces? At Woodsman Kitchens & Floors, we’re looking for a talented designer to join our team in our newly renovated showroom. This is your chance to bring dream kitchens, baths, and closets to life, while working with a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and customer care.

What You’ll Do

  • Work one-on-one with clients in our showroom to design kitchens, bathrooms, and closets

  • Develop layout plans, select materials and finishes, and guide clients through product choices

  • Create clear, accurate designs and proposals using design software (e.g., 2020, AutoCAD, or similar)

  • Collaborate with our in-house design and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and execution

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inspirational showroom experience for visitors

  • Work some evenings and Saturdays, based on client scheduling and showroom needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in kitchen and bath design (closet experience is a plus!)

  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and flooring materials

  • Comfortable using design software and reading plans/specs

  • A warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and function

  • Availability during standard business hours with flexibility for evenings and Saturdays
