Perched on the third floor of a stunning Beachwalk home and overlooking the calm blue waters of the lagoon, this custom-designed entertainment loft takes modern living to a whole new level. With its sweeping views and purpose-built layout, this space was made for gathering, relaxing, and celebrating, whether it’s game day, a quiet evening, or a full house of friends and family.
Designed in close collaboration with the homeowners, this project was all about creating a multi-functional space that didn’t compromise on style. From the full kitchen and wet bar to the media center and sports memorabilia display, every element was crafted with intention, and a strong eye for detail.
Tailored for Entertaining
At the heart of the loft is a fully equipped kitchen and wet bar, offering everything you need to entertain without ever heading downstairs. The kitchen features Eclipse frameless cabinetry in the sleek Metropolitan door style, chosen for its clean lines and modern edge. Paired with brushed gold hardware, the look is equal parts elegant and on-trend, adding warmth and contrast to the space.
A built-in wine storage area and media center bring both function and flair, giving this room the flexibility to go from casual hangout to high-end hosting with ease. On the opposite wall, a custom-built display was designed to showcase the homeowners’ impressive sports memorabilia collection, making this space personal, purposeful, and totally one-of-a-kind.
A Refined Blend of Finishes
One of the standout features of this loft is its layered material palette. We combined three distinct finishes across the cabinetry and millwork to give the space dimension and subtle contrast:
Maple painted in Repose Gray (Sherwin-Williams) keeps the overall palette soft and airy
Walnut with a Seagull stain adds natural richness and depth
Poplar with a Heatherstone stain introduces cool undertones with a tailored edge
Together, these finishes create a sophisticated mix of texture and tone, grounded enough to feel cozy, but elevated enough to hold its own against those jaw-dropping waterfront views.
