Coastal Kitchen & Bar Remodel in Jacksonville Beach

Clean Lines & Coastal Finishes

To keep the space bright and timeless, the clients chose inset cabinetry in Arctic White from Shiloh, with a classic Hanover door style. This cabinetry style fits seamlessly with the condo’s beachside architecture and natural light.

The kitchen now accommodates luxury appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas cooktop with a vented hood, double ovens, a built-in espresso machine, and a microwave. The cabinetry was designed for a polished, functional flow, anchored by a generous island.

Storage Designed for Entertaining

The homeowners are passionate about cooking, so smart storage was a must. Our team incorporated:

  • 18-inch deep cabinetry on the back of the island for extra space

  • A cutlery tray insert by the sink

  • Spice pull-outs on either side of the cooktop

  • A roll-out waste cabinet at the end of the island

  • A 14-inch overhang for bar seating

  • Decorative panels and a furniture base to ground the island with style

Every element was designed to make everyday cooking and entertaining more enjoyable.

A Bar with Personality

Just off the kitchen, a custom wet bar brings storage and function to the space with:

  • Open bottle storage with a stemware holder

  • A built-in fridge and icemaker

  • A bar sink and base pantry pull-out for bar tools and glassware

With views of the ocean and storage for all their entertaining essentials, the bar is as inviting as it is efficient.
